Jimi was a great singer, when he really focuses on the notes he wants to sing. Axis: Bold as Love showcases some great singing by him, maybe its the pure mellowness of that whole album.

Jimi hendrix is a fantastic guitar player, probably the best of all time which is pointing out the obvious, but very few people recognize how great of a singer he was too, he was an all around amazing, rock god.

haha yea but this was the last song played at woodstock, and it was played because the last of the crowd called for an encore. I still wud have stopped and listened tho… godly amazing song
